That third image is actually someone in a cyclo-cross race, having just gone through a stretch in the course with particularly high grass.

As for the second image, that guy isn't exactly going car-free, so he's not a great example.

Regarding the first image, like I was telling you over beers the other week, they roll them some generous doobies out there in Thailand...
